Dear Coach House:
I have a serious complaint.
I received Steve McCaffery's Seven Pages Missing which I ordered from you online. But it arrived in a defective state.
I've checked it carefully and have ascertained that seven pages were mistakenly included in my copy. They are not missing as I was falsely led to believe would be the case. My local book mechanic advised me that I should contact you immediately and demand that you fix the problem.
I demand that you remove seven pages from my copy immediately.
My lawyer advises me to always read the small press before signing anything. I would hate to have to enter into a more heated exchange of signs over this.

Just received my Y20K cdrom & its better than ok..its terrific. I have just now put my order in for a year subscription to make sure I am kept up on all the great new things Coach House is up to. Its so great to find something in this world that is an Oprah-free zone. Keep up the great wor(d)k!
